When a purchase is made from TOLIS Group, it is automatically registered in our systems at the time of order fulfillment. No additional action on your part is required.
This registration is completed for both TOLIS Group's technical support system, as well as with our tape drive manufacturing partner if you have purchased an ArGest® tape device (please note: an email from our tape manufacturing partner will be sent to the email used for the registration). TOLIS Group is still your direct contact for all help/warranty/service requests, this is simply an additional end user registration with our tape partner.
To change the registration information, please email BRU Sales and we will update the registration information as needed.
